Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)guided by color ultrasound. Methods 46 patients with upper urinary tract calculi were retrospectively analyzed, who were treated with MPCNL guided by color ultrasound. Results The success rate of puncture to the target point inside kidney was 97.8%(45/46),and the rate of satisfactory nephrolithotomy was 95.7%(44/46).The once clearance rate of calculi was 65.2%(30/46),block caused by calculi was relieved in all cases after operations. Conclusion MPCNL has the advantages of high success rate, less trauma and satisfactory effect.
