Clinical investigation between the female infertility and the infection of the chlamydia trachomatis and the ureaplasma urealyticum in genital tracts

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the relationship between the infection of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) in genital tracts and the female infertility.Methods:CT and UU in 70 female infertility patients(experimental group) and 70 normal women(control group) were tested by realtime PCR and their differences between two groups were analyzed.Results: The infection rate of CT,UU,CT and UU was 28.6%,54.3% and 17.1% respectively in the experiment group,which was all higher than that of the control group(χ2=8.091,8.744,7.952 respectively,P0.05).However,there found no significant difference in the infection rate of CT and UU between the primary infertility group and the secondary infertility group.Conclusion:Women's infertility was related to the infection of CT and UU.
