Abstract
Objective:To observe the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage dynamic changes of blood coagulation,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment. Methods:Detected 36 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients after 1 day、 3 days、5 days,、10 days, solidification start-up time(CST)、 solidification peak time(MCT)、 maximum extent of coagulation(MCE)、 prothrombin(F Ⅱ)、fibrinogen(Fg) and 44 healthy individuals of the same indicator. Results:Compared with control group, patients with cerebral hemorrhage after 1 day、3 days、5 days、10 days、MCE、 Fg、 FⅡ increased(P0.05).Conclusion:10 days after the cerebral hemorrhage was significantly increased blood clotting.Tip:cerebral hemorrhage in acute period should be used with caution in patients with hemostatic agents and clear the brain hematoma.
