Abstract
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of chemokine fractalkine(sFkn)concentration in venous blood and intracranial hematoma fluid of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and to explore the correlation between sFkn and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Thirty one patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into two groups according to Glasgow-pittsberg Coma Scale Score Standard:11 mild and moderate patients(21~35 points, group A),20 severe patients(14~20 points, group B).The sFkn levels in venous blood and intracranial hematoma fluid for all the patients were detected by enzyme linked immunoadsordent assay(ELISA) on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after the invasion. Results The sFkn levels in intracranial hematoma fluid of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were higher than those in venous blood of experimental group at every time point(P0.01).The sFkn levels in venous blood of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after the invasion were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.01).The sFkn levels ingroup B at every time point were significantly higher than those in group A(P0.05).Conclusion The sFkn is involved in the pathophysiological process of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which is correlated to the severity degree of the disease and patient's prognosis,so sFkn can be regarded as the marker of inflammatory of acute cerebral hemorrhage. The early inhibition or anti-sFkn treatment may relieve the complications caused by cerebral hemorrhage so as to protect brain tissue.
