Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the methylcobalamin with alprostadil treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. METHODS: The patients were given the 48 cases of diabetes diet, exercise, therapy and intensive insulin therapy, blood sugar stable, the observation group intramuscular injection of methylcobalamin 500 μg·d-1, qd, while intravenous infusion of alprostadil 100 μg·d-1, qd, continuous treatment of 30 d. The control group mecobalamin 500 μg·d-1, qd, treatment with the observation group. A course of treatment evaluated. RESULTS: The group’s effective rate was 97.92%, effective rate of the control group 79.17%, a significant difference between the 2 groups (P0.01). After treatment, the sensory nerve conduction velocity than before treatment (P0.01), the difference was significant, and the observed changes in sensory nerve conduction velocity group than in the control group was significantly (P0.01). CONCLUSION: Methylcobalamin with alprostadil treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy Diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve symptoms, improve clinical efficacy.
