Abstract
Objective To observe the mecobalamin combined alprostadil improved the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods All of 90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group,the treatment group 50 cases the Mecobalamin alprostadil treatment;control group of 40 patients with mecobalamin;two weeks for a course.Results After treatment,the treatment of patients with neurological symptoms and TSS score were better than those in control group.Conclusion Methylcobalamin alprostadil combination than alone Methylcobalamin treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
