Abstract

Objective To study the safety and efficacy of Alprostadil,a joint cobalt in the treatment of diabetes amine peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).The treatment group was injected with Alprostadil 10 μg + intramuscular injection of Methylcobalamin 500 μg,1 times/d.The control group received Methylcobalamin 500 μg alone,1 times/d.The treatment was two weeks. Results Symptoms and signs, nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group improved significantly than those of the control group. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with Methylcobalamin can significantly improve the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect.
