Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with methylcobalamin injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Forty eight patients with diabetes and peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given 10 μg of alprostadil adding 20 ml of saline injection,1 time a day; the control group was given 500 μg of mecobalamin intramuscular injection,1 time a day for 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 62.50% and 91.67% ,was significantly higher than 41.67% and 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05);the sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with methylcobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has good effect, and it is worth to be applied in clinic.
