Effect of Weipixiao on Peripheral Blood T Cell Subsets in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Gastric Precancerous Lesions Rats with Spleen Deficiency

Objective To observe the regulation of Weipixiao,which has the actions of strengthening spleen,removing stasis and removing toxins,on peripheral blood T cells subsets(CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 ratio) in chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)gastric precancerous lesions rats with spleen dificiency.Methods The combination of MNNG drinking with dietary disorders for 12 weeks was used for the establishment of CAG rat model with gastric precancerous change.With vitacoenzyme tablets as the control,the effect of Weipixiao in high-,middle-and low-dose on the immune function of rats was observed after treatment for 4 successive weeks.Results High-and middle-dose Weipixao significantly improved the percentages of CD3,CD4 and CD8 and CD4/CD8 ratio in CAG gastric precancerous lesions rats(P 0.01 compared with the model group),and its immune regulation was stronger than vitacoenzyme(P 0.05).Conclusion Weipixiao has preventive and therapeutic effect on CAG with gastric precancerous lesions and its mechanism is probably related with the regulation of immune function and inhibition of gastric precancerous lesions.
