Experimental Research of the Impacts of Qilian Shupi Formula on Gastric Mucosal Blood flows and Pathological Morphology for CAG Rats

Objective To observe the impacts of qilian shupi formula on the gastric mucosal pathological morphology,blood flow and thickness for the rats with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and precancerous lesions by the randomized and controlled animal experiment.Methods 120 rats were randomized into groups according to the body weight.20 rats were divided into a normal group.For the rest rats,the complex modeling method,MNNG+ranitidine+ethanol+appetite maladjustmentwas adopted to duplicate Wistar rat models of CAG precancerous lesion.Determined by the random sampling pathological detection,the rats of successful modeling were randomized into a model group,a weifuchun group and the large-dose,middle-dose and small-dose qilian shupi formula groups,15 cases in each one.After corresponding medicinal intervention,the gastric mucosal pathological change was observed and the gastric mucosal blood flow and thickness were detected.Results Qilian shupi formula reduced the incidence of CAG precancerous lesion for the rats,increased the gastric mucosal blood flow and thickness for the rats with CAG precancerous lesion.Conclusion Qilian shupi formula is the effective compound for the treatment of CAG precancerous lesion and it can apparently increase gastric mucosal blood flow and thickness for CAG rats,which is probably one of the mechanisms on the effect.
