Abstract

OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of Paeoniflorin in Jiannaobushen Pills.METHODS ODS column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphovil acid solution(14∶86)with detective wavelength of 230nm.RESULTS The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0.6036～3.6216μg.The average recovery was 98.4%.CONCLUSION The method was simple、specific and can be used for quality control of Paeoniflorin in Jiannaobushen Pills.
