Content determination of paeoniflorin in Penyanjing pills by HPLC

Abstract

Objective:To set up a method for determining paeoniflorin in Penyanjing pills.Methods:HPLC,mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 solution(13∶87),detection wavelength:230nm.Results:The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.064～0.832 μg .The average rate of recovery and RSD was 101.0% and 2.57% respectively.Conclusion:This method is accurate,reliable and provides a scientic index for controlling the qualities of Penyanjing pills.
