Toxicological Test of the Alkaloids of Cynanchum komarovii

According to toxicological test of pesticide for registration(GB15670-1995),the test of acute toxicity of alkaloids of Cynanchum komarovii,include acute oral toxicity,acute dermal toxicity,acute skin and eye irritation test and dermal sensitization were carried out.The acute oral toxicity LD50 of the alkaloids was 5000mg/kg,acute dermal toxicity LD50 was 2000mg/kg,there are no irritation to rabbit skin and eye,dermal sensitization: rate of sensitization is 33.33%.So the acute oral toxicity and acute dermal toxicity of the alkaloids are lower.There are no irritation to rabbit skin and eye,and it belongs to middle grade weak sensitizing matter.
