A Literature Review and Prospect on Transfer of Rural Land

The transfer of rural land is the core of rural land system reform. The paper sorts out the existing research resultsabout the transfer of rural land in the following five aspects: the factors affecting the intention of rural land transfer,the perfor-mance evaluation of rural land transfer,the mode comparison of rural land transfer,the restricting factors of rural land transferand the suggestions to promote rural land transfer. Then it points out the defects of the previous studies and the directions for thefuture researches.
