Abstract
The speed and scale of rural land transfer is accelerating in China with the development of economy and the transfer of rural labor to no-farm work.The empirical study on the development,motivation,restriction and effect of rural land transfer was summarized in this paper.The direction of further empirical research was also pointed out.
