The Survey on the Necessity of Rural Land Transfer Marketization——Based on Empirical Analysis of Rural Land Transfer in Zhongxian County

In order to further study on the necessity on Rural Land Transfer Market,allocate the rural land scientifically,exert the most optimal efficiency,achieve the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Chongqing,we analyse the demand of rural land transfer market with Survey Methods,Theoretical Analysis Method,Statistical Analysis Method.The result shows that from the microeconomic point of view,the rural land transfer in market is conducive to safeguarding the land rights of farmers and improving their land revenue; from a macro point of view,it is conducive to further improve the socialist market economy,to achieve urban and rural coordinated development and the development of modern agriculture. In conclusion,the relationship between land ownership should be made clear,the market mechanism should be perfected.
