Abstract
Citizen Morals refer to moral standard that the citizen should follow and moral quality that the citizen should have. It's universal compulsory and limiting and so on. The Citizen Moral Internalize refers to the process of forming the corresponding citizen morals quality through studying the Citizen Morals, choosing and approvaling, and then transforming it as intrinsic behavior citizen and the value goal in the social practice of Citizen Moral Socialization main body. The self-awareness has the control status during the process of the Citizen Moral Internalize and the Citizen Individual Morals forming and developing , which makes the process of the Citizen Moral Internalize present such characters:the heteronomy and the autonomy disposition unity, communal and special disposition unity and gradual and the overall disposition unity.
