Abstract

The citizen ethics came into being as a result of gradually growing citizen It is not only moral pattern of society, but it is also principle for human behavior. The discussion of core concept of citizen ethics begins with the goodness of individual and the goodness of society. As a moral concept and philosophy for action, modern citizen ethics possesses six basic characteristics. In this democratic society, citizen ethics assumes moral responsibility for conformity of rational being and rational norm.
