Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive hematoma puncture suction drainage in the treatment of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected and randomLy divided into minimally invasive treatment group (experimental group) and conservative treatment group (control group) with 60 cases in each group, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy in 14 d after treatment and daily living activities in 3 months postoperative follow-up of experimental group were better than the control group, the difference was significant( P 0.05 ). Conclusion The minimally invasive hematoma puncture treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is simple, safe, reliable, and it can reduce mortality and improve prognosis.
