Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma aspiration and drainage in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Fifty-six cases hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into minimally invasive treatment group(minimally invasive group) and the conservative treatment group(conservative group) with 28 cases in each.Nerve function deficit score, hospitalization during mortality and incidence of bleeding and complications were compared between two groups. Results The mortality rate of minimally invasive group was significantly lower than the conservative group(P 0.01),minimally invasive group, postoperative pulmonary infection cases of minimally invasive group were significantly less than the conservative group(P 0.01) ESS scores of two groups significantly increased than before treatment(P 0.05),and minimally invasive group increased more significantly than in the conservative group(P 0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma aspiration and drainage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is efficacy, and is superior to conventional conservative treatment.
