Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of minimally invasive hematoma drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 462 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from January 2007 to March 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 231 cases.Conventional medical drug treatment was used in two groups,minimally invasive hematoma drainage was used in observation group on the basis of conventional treatment.The effects and neurologic impairment score of two groups was compared respectively.Results After surgery of 1,3 months,neurologic impairment score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group respectively,total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive hematoma drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has little trauma,simple operation and better curative effect.
