Clinical observation on minimally invasive puncture treatment for 46 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective Minimally invasive puncture for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From August,2010 to May,2012,88 cases with diagnosed hypertension cerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital,according to different treatment methods were divided into the observation group and control group;The control group were given the medical treatment;The observation group was given minimally invasive puncture to clear intracranial hematoma on the basis of medical treatment. Results The curing rate,basic curing rate,total efficiency,mortality,hematoma disappeared time of the two groups after treatments had significant differences(P0.05). Conclusions Minimal invasive surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has the advantages of simple operation,accurate positioning,and small brain injury,safe and effective and so on,which is an ideal method for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treatment.
