Relationship between precancerous lesions of gastric cardia and Hp infection in different sites of stomach

Objective To study relationship between the different sites of gastric helicobacter pylori infection and precancerous lesions in the cardia mucosa.Methods By objecting 2531 patients with Hp positive of local residents in Jiangsu province Yangzhong city.The different sites in the stomach(pyloric region 0,6,9,3-point direction,respectively named Hp1,Hp2,Hp3,Hp4,gastric angle,lesser curvature,greater curvature,the root of gastric cardia ridge,respectively named Hp5,Hp6,Hp7,Hp8)biopsied,pathological diagnosised by HE staining,Giemsa staining to find Hp.Results Hp7 positive population Mallory incidence of precancerous lesions was 8.35%,significantly higher than the incidence of Hp7 negative population(x2=5.31,P 0.05);Single-positive of Hp7 incidence of precancerous lesions was 56.25%,significantly higher than the incidence of Hp7 non-single-positive population(x2=52.37,P 0.05);The incidence of other sites Hp-positive population precancerous lesions was significantly lower than negative population(P 0.05).Conclusion The cardia precancerous lesions was positively correlated with Hp infection in the greater curvature of gastric,and other parts of Hp infection was negatively correlated.Eradication of Hp can help reduce the risk of cardia cancer.
