[Objective]Observed Tongqiaohuoxue Methodside effect of the treatment of refractory headache.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method of 140 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,70 cases Fenbid phenol coffee tablets,a / times,every 4 ～ 6h repeat medication once,24h in≤4 times.70 patients Tongqiaohuoxue party(Zhenzhufen 10g,Lingyangfen 3g,Zhusha 0.5g,Yuanzhi 15g,Shanzaoren 10g,Shichangpu,Baihe 20g,Hupo 15g,Danggui,Baishao each 20g,Honghua 10g,Chuan Xiong 15g,Lurong,Hongshen each 10g,Huangqi,Fuling 25g,Xixin 3g,Wugong,Gancao 5g);1 does / d,water simmer in water 300mL,sooner or later orally.Western medicine with the control group.7d continuous treatment in both groups as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group,20 cases markedly effective in 45 cases,5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.86%.Control group,10 cases markedly effective in 41 cases,ineffective in 19 cases,total effective rate 72.86%.Treatment group than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] Tongqiaohuoxue Method Treatment of intractable headache significant effect,should be introduced.
