Zhenganxifeng Decoction in the Treatment of Hypertension, Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of tranquilizing liver wind Decoction in the treatment of hypertension. [Methods]Using randomized controlled methods, 68 patients were divided into two groups. A control group of 34 cases Amlodipine Besylate Tablets, 5mg/, 1 /d, oral. The treatment group of 34 cases of Zhenganxifeng Decoction(Huainiuxi 30g,Shengzhushi,Shengmuli each 25g,Shenglonggu 20g,Shengmaiya,Yinchen each 15g,Shengguijia,Shengbaishao,Chuanlianzi,Tiandong,Xuanshen each 10g, Gancao 5g), 1 doses of /d, water simmer in water 200mL, sooner or later, tinnitus add Chantui 15g; nausea, vomiting add Banxia 10g; upset hot plus Fushen,Shanzhizi,Huangqin each 10g; dizziness, headache add Zhenzhumu 30g, Shijueming 20g, Xiakucao 10g. Continuous treatment with 30d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood pressure, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. 21 cases of group therapy. [Results]10 cases were effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 91.18%. The control group was 17 cases, effective 13 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 88.24%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05). The blood pressure of two groups were improved(P 0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group(P 0.05). [Conclusion] Zhenganxifeng Decoction in the treatment of hypertensive effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
