Yixiao Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(Qi and Yin Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome) of Clinical Observation

[Objective]To observe the curative effect and safety of Yixiao decoction in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes mellitus(Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).[Methods]60 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group,take control,two groups in age,gender,disease etc.General information no significant differences.One group of 30 patients with diabetes education foundation treatment(P0.05)(diabetes education,diet and exercise therapy,the original routine therapy and insulin hypoglycemic therapy),30 cases in treatment group and control group based on the reasons for oral away soup for 14 days before and after the treatment group,the clinical symptoms,related laboratory,insulin use condition and treatment process of adverse reactions.[Results]96.7% in Tylox group or 90.0% in the control group,there was a significant difference between two group(P0.05).No apparent adverse effect was found during the observation period.[Conclusion]Yixiao decoction for the senile type 2 diabetes mellitus(qi deficiency and blood stasis) has good effect,non-toxic side effect,and has important value of clinical applications.
