Abstract
[Objective]To observe the differentiation of TCM combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertension in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.[Methods]Using randomized controlled Methods,will be divided into two groups according to the random number table,66 cases of hospitalized patients.33 cases of control group were given health education and dietary guidance,the detection of blood glucose and blood pressure,treatment of diabetes treated with insulin,metformin,acarbose and action of auxiliary hypoglycemic.The treatment group of 33 cases of syndrome differentiation and treatment,liver yang hyperactivity type,Tianma Gouteng Decoction plus baihegujing Decoction;phlegm,spleen pill addition and subtraction ban xia bai zhu tian ma Decoction;liver kidney yin deficiency type,Qiju Dihuang Pill;deficiency of both qi and Yin,Yougui Pill plus four gentlemen decoction.1 doses/d,water simmer in water 3 times 300mL/d.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment with 28d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood glucose,blood pressure,adverse reaction.Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.8 cases of group therapy.[Results]22 cases were effective,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90.91%.The control group was 2 cases,effective 23 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency of 75.76%.The treatment group was better than control group(P0.05).Blood glucose,blood pressure in the treatment group than the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]On the treatment of TCM combined with western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
