Abstract
Objective To investgate the clinic effectiveness of mixed hemorrhoids and anal fissure treated with He-Ne laser after surgical treatment. Methods Totally 400 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group treated by preventing infection, hemostasis, site bath with Chinese materia medica and washing wound, the laser group was plus He-Ne laser. To compare the index of the two groups in pain, the wound edema, the hospitalization days and the time of wound recovery.ResultsThe patients in the laser group felt less pain at operated site and after defecation than that in control group(P0.05,P0.01).Their wound edema was significantly lower(P0.05,P0.01),and their hospitalization days and the time of wound recovery were significantly shorter than the cases of control group(P0.05).ConclusionsThe treatment of He-Ne laser after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and anal fissure is simple, with shorter hospitalization days and quicker recovery, and without distress.
