The healing and hemostasis of mixed hemorrhoids with anal fissure by WaiYongKuiyangsan

To evaluate the treatment of healing and hemostasis of mixed hemorrhoids with anal fissure by WaiYongKuiyangsan. Methods A random control study was carried out in 162 patients:82 cases for treatment group,80 cases for control group. Treatment group was used WaiYongKuiyangsan and zicaoyou gauze:control group was used Mayinglong paste and zicaoyou gauze:Results The healing time is ( 18. 56 ± 3. 49) days in treatment group:( 21. 82 ± 4. 74) days in control group,there was a significantly difference ( P 0. 05) ; Score of hemorrhage there is no significantly difference ( P 0. 05) within 24 hours without defecate; there is a significantly difference ( P 0. 05) between treatment group and control group when defecate after 48 hours、72 hours and 144 hours. Conclusion It promotes trauma healing and decrease hemorrhage for mixed hemorrhoids with anal fissure by WaiYongKuiyangsan.
