Abstract
Objective To establish a determination method for Xinmaikang Granules. Methods HPLC was performed on Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm)column. The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid(12∶ 88∶ 1.5) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 260 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results Protocatechuic acid was linear within the range of 0.172 4~1.034 4 μg(r=0.999 9,n=6),the average recovery was 98.12% and the RSD was 1.04%(n=6).Conclusion The method was simple and accurate with good specificity, which can be used for the determination of Xinmaikang Granules.
