On the Political Target of Agricultural Law

The political target of agricultural law is the reflection of agricultural policy. It is important to build agricultural law system, to establish prior agricultural target and to propel new rural area forward. The political target of agricultural law changed with politics, economics and social condition in other countries, and these experiences are useful to our country. At present, our country prior agricultural law target should be defined as food security, farmer income increment and continuous agricultural development.
