In recent years,higher vocational colleges in China have made great progress,become the main carrier of the popularization of higher education.The resources of higher vocational education is the most important to teachers,and strengthening the teaching level of vocational teachers are the most fundamental guarantee of improving teaching quality of higher education,therefore,teaching ability of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country and the teaching ideas need to constantly improve and innovation.To explore how to improve teaching skills training,how can onetype of vocational teachers,it has realistic significance to the promotion of higher occupation education in China's sustained and healthy development.
