Higher Vocational Teachers’Problems and Solutions in Teaching

The key of higher vocational education training is to constantly improve the teaching quality.Higher educa-tion teachers,who engage in and lead the work,is the key to ensure high quality of teaching.At present,teachers inhigher education have prevalent problems in the following three areas: vague awareness of higher education,old tea-ching concept and not prominent characteristics of higher education and can not meet the needs of higher education.For the existing problems,vocational teachers should take the following three-pronged approaches: improve the con-cept of teaching,actively push forward the reform of teaching and innovate teaching models,reflect higher education characteristics,constantly improve their own quality of higher education,and meet the needs of higher education.
