About improving the ability of higher vocational teachers

Higher vocational education demands for higher-quality teaching staff and quality structure with its own characteristics . However, in today' s teaching staff of higher vocational education of law major, there exist problems such as lower record of formal schooling, poor teaching skill etc. We sholld further improve our teachers' level and their teaching and researching ability.
