Abstract
It is the key point of realizing the higher vocational education training objectives as well as the important assurance of promoting the higher vocational education reasonably developing to study the quality idea of higher vocational education and teaching and strive hard to improve the higher vocational education and teaching quality. Based on presenting the higher vocational education and teaching quality idea and analyzing the factors affecting the higher vocational education and teaching quality, this paper raises some main measures to improve the higher vocational education and teaching quality.
