Enlightenment of Hong Kong's pubic housing system to low-rent housing system in our country

Low-rent housing system is one of the core elements of housing security.The establishment and improvement of low-rent housing system is to solve the housing problem of the poverty-stricken population in the urban areas,is also an important part of the reform of the housing system.This paper analyzes the specific characteristics of a public housing system,in reference to the experience of Hong Kong's public housing,based on China's national conditions,proposes specific measures to solve the existing problems in China's low-rent housing system.
