To Reconstruction of the Governmental Urban Low-rent Housing System and an Analysis on the Housing Apportion

The reform of the housing security system began with the application of the Low-rent Housing Security Act in 2007.As a core part of urban housing security system,the low-rent housing system currently encounters some difficulties,including lack of housing resources and capital,unsuitable housing model,disorder in regulation mechanics,deficiency in withdrawing model and so on.In order to efficiently resolve the housing issue of low-income residents,we should innovate the housing institution,and promote the urban low-rent housing system.
