Abstract

Housing security with focus on low-rent housing system for the urban low-income families has been an important part of China's housing system reform.However,there are still many problems with the low-rent housing system.This paper probes into the real effect of China's low-rent housing system,analyzes the difficulties and constraints of low-rent housing system construction,and proposes means to speed up China's low-rent housing system.
