Talent loss and new countryside construction: thinking about rural talents loss in China.

The new countryside construction is a long-term and arduous task and it not only needs the powerful support from national policies but also requires the massive talented person.For a long time,China's current urban-rural dual structure which is not beneficial to the development of rural economy results in poor rural living conditions and serious lack of the talents.Because rural production and living condition seriously lag behind the cities,the urban-rural gap is further widened,which hinders the process of new countryside construction.Therefore,the problem of the talents loss in rural area should be solved by increasing the added value of agricultural lands for raising farmers' income,strengthening rural basic infrastructure investment for improving rural production and living conditions and promoting the development of rural industrialization and urbanization.The talent team of new countryside construction can be built by developing rural education for increasing farmers' income,encouraging graduates to work in rural area and guiding home-going farmers to start their business in order to provide the talents for new countryside construction.
