Application of Naloxone in Treatment of Co Poisoning

Abstract

Objective To observe the treatment effects of Naloxone in the patients of CO poisoning.Methods According to the degree of CO poisoning,25 patients were respectively treated with Naloxone hydrochloride injection in intramuscular injection,intravenous injection or intravenous drip,and compared with the control group.Results The effects of the treatment were significantly different between the two groups (P0.05).Conclusion Naloxone hydrochloride injection should be promptly and repeatedly applied to CO poisoning,and the effects of the treatment are much better than the control group.
