Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of naloxone combined with Qingkailing injection for the treatment of acute ethanol poisoning. Methods: 56 patients with acute ethanol poisoning in emergency department of our hospital from Jan 2009 to Dec 2011were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(28 cases in each). Two groups on the basis of conventional therapy, the control group was given naloxone, the treatment group was given naloxone combined with Qingkailing injection treatment in which conscious and limb motor function recovery time were observed in two groups after treatment. Results: Conscious of time and limb motor function recovery time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group in which there was differences between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of caloxone combined with Qingkailing injection for acute ethanol poisoning patients is good effect, and can shorten the course of the disease, and less side effects, which is worthy of clinical application.
