Abstract

Aim To study the therapeutic effects of Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection on braindeadlock. Methods Braindeadlock patients were treated with Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection. In control group,(N=54) the patients were treated by Injection Deneran 40 Glucose Injection 500ml mixed with Fufang dansen Injection 16ml qd,14d for a course. In therapeutic group,(N=58) the patients were treated as in control group, simultaneously were injected with Naloxone 2.0g mixed with Compound Sodium Chloride injection. Results In therapeatic group, very effective results were obtained in 18,striking improvement in 23,improvement in 13,ineffectiveness in 4,with a total efficacy rate of 93.1%,In control group, very effective results were obstained in 10,striking improvement in 18,improvement in 15,ineffectiveness in 11,with a total efficacy rate of 79.6%.There are large difference between the two groups, and side effects were not found. Conclusion Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection has striking effect in braindeadlock, and side effect was not found.
