Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacies of agent SD-Ag-Zn and exposed moist burn ointment in the treatment of burn wounds. Methods Ninety burn wounds of 45 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,i.e.the agent of SD-Ag-Zn was applied to the treatment group while the exposed moist burn ointment to the control group.Analgesic effect, wound inflammation and healing time were investigated. Results More intensive analgesic effect appeared in the control group than in the treatment(P0.01).Positive-rate of bacteria culture went down from 40% to 10% in those of the treatment group with burn of degree Ⅱ,while it rose from 36.6% to 60.0% in the counterparts of the control group(P0.05).Wound healing time was 12.0±3.1 days in the treatment group and 15.0±2.4 days in the control group. As for those with burn of deep degree Ⅱ,burn wound healing time was 27.0±3.5 days(treatment group) and 50.0±8.3 days(control group)(P0.05).Conclusion Exposed moist burn ointment is superior to the agent of SD-Ag-Zn in analgesic effect, while the agent of SD-Ag-Zn is superior to moist exposed burn ointment in preventing and controlling wound infection and promoting wound healing.
