Abstract
Using rutin as standard, contents of total flavonoids in eucalypt leaves are determined by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510 nm and NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH as colored reagent. The average value of contents of total flavonoids in eucalypt leaves was 4.9% and the average recovery of the method was 99.08%. The RSD of precision test and reproducibility test were 0.53%, and 2.1%, respectively.
