Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationship between β2-MG of vrinery and postasphyxial renal injury in nevnatal asphyxia. Methods: The nevnatal asphyxia were dinide into two group [mild asphyxia group (35) and severe asphyxia group (26)] to delete theβ 2-microglohin of unine on the ist and 7th birth by radionimmunoassays). Results: ①The level of β2-MG in urine with non-kidney damage in neonatal asphyxia is a bit higher than that in confrot group (P0.05). ②The level of β 2-MG in urine with non-kidney damage in neonatal asphyxia is more higher than that in confrot group (P0.05);the level of β 2-MG in urine in severe asphyxia group is more higher than that in mild asphyxia group (P0.05). Conclusion: The level of β 2-MG in urinary may be regarded as an indicator in evalutating the severity of asphyxia and postaphy xial renal damage in neonates.
