Abstract
Objective To discuss the early diagnostic value of retinol binding protein and urinary albumin on kidney damage caused by neonatal asphyxia. Methods 60 patients by neonatal asphyxia in our hospital and the Fourth People's Hospital of Wuxi were divided into mild asphyxia group and severe asphyxia group based on their Apgar scores, while 30 normal full-term newborn babies were selected as the control group. The content difference among the 3 groups of RBP,Alb,BUN and Cr was observed and compared. Results The RBP content of severe asphyxia group was(420.5±101.4)μg·L-1 which was obviously higher than that of mild asphyxia group and the control group(P0.05).The RBP content of mild asphyxia group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P0.05).The Alb content of severe asphyxia group was(21.41±8.76)mg·L-1 which was obviously higher than that of mild asphyxia group and the control group(P0.05).The Alb content of mild asphyxia group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P0.05).The BUN and Cr content had no difference among the three groups(P0.05).Conclusion The retinol binding protein and urinary albumin on kidney damage caused by neonatal asphyxia has a good early diagnostic value and is worthy of promotion.
