Abstract
Aim To investigate the effect on the drug release of the compound aspirin-dipyridomole tablets prepared by using aspirin as the quick-release part and dipyridomole as the. Methods The in vitro behaviors of the tablets were evaluated by dissolution test. And the influence of different excipients on the drug release in vitro was inspected by a single factor and the prescription technology was optimized in the orthogonal designed study. Results HPMC,stearylalcohol and lactose were selected as excipients of the part of sustained-release tablets. The study of drug release in vitro shows the release degree meets the requirement. Conclusion It provided the technologies for compound aspirin-dipyridomole sustained-release.
