Abstract

Objective: To prepare nefopam hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and investigate the drug release in vitro.Methods: Sorting out prescriptions of sustained-release tablets by orthogonal design.Results: The tablets could be released continually for 12 h and the dissolution behavior matches Higuchi equation.Conclusion: The formulation is suitable,technology is simple and tablets exhibit sustained-release characteristics in vitro.
