Abstract

OBJECTIVE To develop trapidil sustaine-release tablets .METHODS High molecule polymer excipient was used in the process and release rate wa s determined.RESULTS Prescription and process are simple and the in vitro drug released compli ed with relevant requirement.CONCLUSION The is sustained release tablets could be developed as new preparation.
