Abstract

To improve the teaching level of independent colleges,it is imperative to be oriented to the education of teachers and cultivate their overall quality.Through the implementation of the activity of three aspects of education,this paper summarizes experience and provides the feasible suggestions to improve teachers' political awareness and their moral quality,hoping to achieve the aim of improving the overall teaching level of the college and students' quality.
